A sound half-back line in which Kevin O'Donoghue dominated, took full advantage of the strong wind while P. Clerkin was in top form at centrefield.Clerkin was on hand to score a goal midway through the first half as was John O'Donoghue, who goaled after taking a clever pass from name-sake Gerard.
